The secretary at the Wic office has the worst attitude, you would think the money that I use from the Wic is actually coming out of her paycheck. Even after you told them you were on the bus and IT was late ? no your fault . WIC should be ashamed they see you're far along . The right thing would of been to ask if you're ok @trezelle
