I don't think they are vitamins but it's a pain reliever for utis! It makes your pee turn like really orange but it takes the burning and pain away! It does me wonders!

AZO is for UTI they have the pills which help for the pain and now they made em in gummies

i have had a uti for a while now and i am ready to do anything...i usually can handle paine but any more seems like alex has taken that too. lol@haybearsmomma

But they also have cranberry supplements, which will also help. But if it burns when you pee and your in pain get the AZO urinary pain relief medication. It's over the counter.

I know what you mean. I have had constant utis and AZO has been my best friend. And no they aren't expensive. I got s pack of 6 for like $4
