I took my MacBook, phone charger, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blanket, lots of socks, pjs, dollars, baby's blanket, outfit, bear for first pictures, nursing bra, car seat, lip moisturizer, deodorant, shower shoes, comb & brush, light body spray (didn't like the smell of the hospital), nurse goodie basket (they treat you a lot better with gifts lol), earbuds, baby mittens and I think that's it but I used everything

You should check if your hospital has a list online. Sometimes different hospitals have different things so what you need can vary. :)

I basically just needed my I.D ; deodorant, chap stick . shampoo and conditioner . sponge . pair of clothes . babies pair of clothes. cell phone. charger . change for the snack machine. and honeys tooth brush and pair of clothes.

I litterally followed a list and only used my phone charger shampoo and conditioner. soap and two changes of clothes and pajamas. and my blanket from home for at night.
