Omg, (sorry TMI) so I hate sleeping with a shirt or bra on at night because it hurts my boobs ... but gesh I hate waking up also with a wet bed because my boobs leak throughout the whole night :-(

buy nursing pads that stick around the nipple, I hate wearing bra's to bed too it to hot..

I've not dealt with it yet, but I seen a post the other night about lily pass from target I believe they were called and it just stick to your nipple
