I have seen so many posts on ultra sounds and how mommas are having to go so long without having one. This is something so strange to me! I had an ultra sound every single appt. with my son and then when I had to start going to high risk I was seeing him twice a week one ultra sound there and one at my regular Obgyn. It's going to be the exact same with this one. Went in and got and ultra sound at 6 weeks and I have an appt Monday for another ultra sound. I will be having one every single appt until I have this one.

yea I should research that too,lol. I'm shocked that I haven't yet lol. I'm always googling stuff lol. my husband gets mad at me. but,most of the time I'm right about what I could have haha. @hward12
It really depends on insurance and what they cover. Mine only covers 3 I think.
@momma588, you are right bout the doctor thing and it's probably insurance also. I know some insurance companies only cover so many. I have never heard that to many ultrasounds are bad for the baby? I'll have to research that one.
Yeah I don't get print out pics every time cause it gets so hard to see baby now but at least I get to see his breathing well and heart beat and he doing good and healthy
I guess every Dr is different. I've never had a high risk pregnancy. thank god. so my first ultrasound I was 8 weeks. then my second was at 20 weeks. I waited a long time lol.
they say that too many ultrasounds is bad for the baby. idk if that's all true. but maybe that's why a lot,of drs don't do one each time.

@jrose114, I have seen where it's from like 23 weeks to 32 or something like that! Even before high risk I had one every appointment. Just so strange to me
It was strange to me also. But when I switched docs they told me I wouldn't get one every appt because unless their is a reason you may have to pay out of pocket for it. But I have been labeled high risk so I am back to getting one every visit but at a separate facility.
I have one every appointment too I did every 2 weeks cause I was seeing a high risk doctor up until 23 weeks and then k went to every 4 weeks
So is it normal I haven't had an ultra sound since 28 weeks? I thought they did one closer to the end? The reason I had one at 28 weeks is because I switched doctors
I'm trying to figure out if this girl is fake. She posted a 10 week ultra sound and no way baby is that big yet at 10 weeks. I had an ultra sound at 10 weeks so I know how the baby would approximately look. 🙄

@fifismommy, yay! Me 2... I had them every time even before I was high risk... Then became high risk and got to see my son Landon twice a week! It was so nice.
