@mermaidmommy I roasted a whole chicken cave girl style and then took all the meet off. Placed all the bones in my crock pot with carrots, onions, celery, garlic, spices, and water- covered and left on low overnight. Then in the morning turned it off and let it cool. Drained off all the stock/broth and discarded the rest. Then shredded the chicken to make soup with using the homemade bone broth/chicken stock! It's so delicious and nutritious!!
