In my honest opinion an overnight diaper doesn't work any better than a regular diaper.

@california12632, not really. My son is 1.5 and he wakes up once during the night so I just change his diaper real quick and he goes back to sleep. Now that he's older he usually only pees once during the night if that, sometimes he doesn't at all. You usually just change their diaper when they wake up.
