ramzi me please? 7 weeks was 2 weeks ago and measured at 8.1 centimeters 8 weeks was yesterday measured at 8 centimeters.. which I don't believe but anyway can someone ramzi me please?

Ok so im currently 34 weeks pregnant, and my midwife said your measuring 36 centimeters what does that mean???? She didn't explain it to me she was kinda of a hurry, so im just hoping someone would tell me what she meant. Please ...
