I just hit my belly really hard with my binder. The binder hit the kitchen chair and the corner of it went straight into my stomach leaving a red marks/bruise... he has moved since but I'm starting to feel really sick & dizzy. Should I be worried?

baby is very well protected even a toddler's kick wouldn't do anything to your baby.
yes. it's always best to let your provider know. that's just an extra precaution to take.
Yeah I would tell him just to see what he says but I'm pretty sure everything is good. And you will be able to see your baby today so exciting.
@hillenburgm, I have a doctor's appointment at 4 today, should I let him know what happened?
if he's moving then you should be ok. take a seat and a few deep breaths. if you still feel that way in a bit then call your doctor. everything should be ok with the little guy though.
I walked into the side of my dresser corner and had big red mark and it hurt so bad and nothing happened to baby
