Someone please describe to me preterm labor vs severe Braxton hicks. This pain has woken me up and not subsided one bit…

I ate a banana and drank a bottled water. Tummy feels okay at this point, just my poor uterus.

Towards the end of my pregnancy my doctor told me to take a bath in the warmest water that I could and then rest and drink cold water and if they stopped they were BH

@flowerless_hippie, if they aren't subsiding when you start moving around or change positions you should make a trip to L&D

Ok no leaking water so I should be ok, ya? Period cramp pain but all over: ribs down, side to side of pelvis. No relief!

😐 I probably should, that'd be helpful. They seem to come in waves, whether I'm standing, walking, sitting, or laying. And poor baby is just having a freaking party in there 😔

For me my braxton hicls felt like period cramps to me n then when I went into preterm labor both times my water would start leaking right after I started getting back pain. Everybody is different though.

around that time I had really bad gas pains.. lol it could also be an infection causing the pain

do they come in patterns? can you time them?
