I work out 5-6 days a week then walk and swim the other days. I'll try stairs and kegels out the wazoo too. Not sure what hospital you delivered in but I'll be at St Joe's and I can't wait to not do dishes for a couple days! 😂😂😂
@erinflaherty818, lol I delivered at St Agnes! And I know thats right. My water broke I was only 2 cm dilated when I got here so I was in for some hours but time went fast and it was worth it! Them stairs will take a toll lol. I lost my mucus plug n water broke all at the same time frame
Im praying! My boy had to be induced last summer at 39.5 and it was 18.5 hours of pitocin pumping through me. Luckily only 4 pushes after he decided to cooperate!
