Anyone have advice on how to successfully extract snot from a 3 month olds nose? He's got a slight cold but has more snot than usual. I can hear it clogging his nasal passages. I've been using the bulb syringe ( what my house calls a "boogie snuffer") but it doesn't seem to be working sufficiently enough.

yes nosefrida! and before use put a couple drops of breast milk in his nose. it's a natural decongestant and anti-inflammatory. about 20ish minutes beforehand.

those suckers never worked for me. this may sound gross but I used to put my mouth over my daughters nose and suck it out. my Dr even recommended it. worked best for me

I snuffed a big string of snot this morning which is good because he was pretty congested. I'm going to test a few things out later today but until then he's finally back to sleep. 😴
