Okay so I'm 8 weeks pp on Sunday. I pump every 4 hours now because I get more milk when I do that rather than when I pump every 2-3. My milk was like20-22 ounces now it's 25-30 I also take fenugreek blessed thistle and mother milk tea.. I'm needing to know if me pumping every 4 hours is going to hurt my milk supply in the long run or am I okay pumping this way.
I had my daughter at 30 weeks and she's still not latching on sometimes she does with the nipple shield but will be so fussy afterwards.
HELP!!!

my son got too much air in his belly when I used the nipple shield. I'm not sure about the supply , I think you should be fine pumping every 4 hrs , I have to pump every 3-4 hrs as well but I don't get nearly as much as you , my baby is 3 weeks old now and I get about 8 oz per day by pumping . let me find a link to a breastfeeding page I found very helpful , I think it's called LA Leche league...but let me check

Thank you! that's stop a great amount for her being 3 weeks old. I think I made like maybe 16oz at that time.
