that was a great video ! honestly that video has made me make my decision ! I can't do that to my boy. thank you for telling me about this ! @happyluckyfun
It's unnecessary cosmetic surgery. A baby boy does not need to match his dad in that part of the body. And an intact penis is very easy to clean!! "When intact, never retract. Only clean what is seen: wipe the outside like a finger." Foreskin is there for a Reason ladies, I suggest you research "functions of the foreskin" and gain some insight!!!
Talk to your doctor about it, I think people that are against it make it seem way worse than it really is.
he doesn't really have a strong opinion on it , he would prefer our son to be circumcised but he's leaving the final decision up to me. I would honestly prefer it to be done and over with for him but I know how awful the process is for a baby. they strap them down and cut away . @coraanne
I honestly thought there would be more heated comments on this question. My husband is circumcised and wants our son to be too, and I'm completely ok with that. How does your SO (if he's in the picture) feel about it?
If daddy is than baby should be too :) they say when baby gets old enough to recognize he has the same parts as daddy they should look the same :)
My 9yr old is circumcised & im getting Micah circumcised as well . It looks better to me .
it's cleaner go for it! im gonna do it if I have a boy this time around
And they usually do it right before they are released and it's covered on my insurance and they won't remember it
My son is circumcised. All my sons will be. It's cleaner and easier for them as young boys so you don't have to make sure they are cleaning it the way an uncircumcised penis needs to be cleaned. Also their chance of a urinary tract infection decreases if they're circumcised. Those are actually facts. But I have nothing against mommas who don't circumcise their sons. It's a personal choice.
It's depends you can have it done for health issue or religious issues for health issues it cleans itself you just have to take care of it until it heals which is a week or two but if your hunny isn't circumcised I wouldn't do it cause you will want you son and the daddy to be the same as well as they will need to learn how to clean it when they are older until then you will need to help
currently pregnant about 4 weeks so its early but if we have a boy he wont be circumcised. my husband at first wanted our son if we had one to be circumcised but i said its unnecessary pain plus my hubby is uncircumcised too.
that's the way I'm looking at it , but I'm viewing other people's opinions @ce5ce
my SO isn't circumcised and neither will my son if I have one. it's unnecessary and it hurts so no. it's like cutting the female "lips'' because it's "extra" skin that you have to it pull back to clean😑😑 plus the procedure isn't free so nope they go through enough pain coming out, no way
I circumcised my son. I think it healthier don't have to worry about cleaning it until there older teaching them how to properly clean it, and worrying about it getting infected.
to each its own but I feel if I have a boy he will be getting one asap because if you don't get it you have to clean his pee pee until he's like 6-7 and then teach him to clean it right.
awesome ! thank you so much 😊 @mkladyjen
