tell them that your pregnant and are going through morning sickness.. and if they don't listen then get up and go to the bathroom and explain to them did you want me to puke on you lol

tell your teachers. that's what I did and whenever I was going to get sick (luckily it never happened at school) they'd automatically let me leave the room
