I occasionally have the lightening crotch too... And it will happen randomly when I'm out walking somewhere and feels like someone is stabbing me down there!

I agree, it all hurts I have taken 6 showers trying to calm down contractions, lighting crotch, and the fibriods my baby is using for a punching bags.
