yeah, everyone that I know that got "induced" had to have emergency c-sections.. it's very scary.

not that I wasn't already scared enough about birth.. jeeeeez. 1200..

@juliagail09, There is a time and place for inductions and c-sections, and unfortunately so many doctors are impatient and force them when a mother's body is not ready. The epidural rate in the U.S. is one of the highest in the world and can also lead to slow progression. It's best to be patient and listen to our babies and our bodies :) it's just so sad that such a developed country has such high mortality rates :(

thats why sad. why so many deaths? just cause of complications??
