I posted earlier about a possible Positive HPT and I can't stop wondering if I'm pregnant. I'm supposed to get AF in 2 days (Thursday) but have been having really painful nipples for at least 4 days now & I don't recall having that with my PMS? Also if I cough or laugh to hard I experience pain in my lower belly area more towards my left side & I've also been experiencing like "empty burning stomach" feeling? lol it's the only way I know how to describe it but I don't think it's heartburn.

Am I just being paranoid and am tricking myself into thinking I'm pregnant or could this be my body trying to tell me something? I should know better cuz I've been through 3 live birth pregnancies but my last 1 was 12 years ago, after that I've had multiple miscarriages as recent as 2 last year but I'm still unsure as so if I'm having PMS or early pregnancy symptoms?
