Good evening ladies kinda a silly question for yas. I am having horrible sickness this time I didn't with my first but that I can deal with totally worth it ☺ But I was wondering if I take my prenatal vitamin but then power puke 10 mins later should I take another?

I had to stop taking prenatals altogether they gave me heart burn and made me puke.

I usually do take them at night because I am sick randomly throughout the day.
I will have see about the gummy ones know it would be broken down faster have never seen them ☺ thank you!

Try taking the prenatal at bedtime as well as try gummy prenatels
