How does everyone stay fit during a heatwave? I need to walk and stay active to help with my glucose and edema but going for an evening walk in this heat is ridiculous. 🌞🔥😓

Yes it's like that in Texas as well with crazy humidity I usually go walking around 6-7 pm because I did the mistake of going walking around this time with tons of water bottles and I was super over heated and got bad body aches
