I work full-time on my feet, so it's been excruciating for me. I've been using a maternity support belt, and Kinesio tape for the sciatica. I highly recommend at least the belt, both together are miraculous.

When mine started to really bad especially when I was bigger I got on my jabs and knees and leaned forward with my butt in the air
