I moved to little rock (where I'm originally from) and it's been upper 90s to 100s and super humid but I swear I'd take it any day over -8 degrees and 5 feet of snow. Chicago winters are brutal and last forever!

I just moved from chicago and am sooo glad I don't have to experience another 8 month long winter! Last winter was awful- there was one day when it was literally -8 degrees! no thank you!

It may get better. I don't go too much now, or maybe I just got used to it. You can eat ice chips instead, they are so refreshing

@jrose114, totally agree. I'm happy my baby girls due in the winter but in Cali even the winters are in the 80s

only thing about my home in california. is the beaches. but here in Nebraska. I can already feel the weather changing to fall. I love it

Oh and no, Chicago is worse lol. It is hot there AND crazy humid... I was just there a couple months ago. And when it's cold- it's too cold. Their humidity is the deal breaker, though lol.
