Can I get some advice on how to get through labor without and meds (I don't not want anyone saying I should get the epidural I will not get it)
Good luck, I'm not planning to use any meds too, so I'm trying to prepare the best I can
There are tons of books about it. Check out Amazon or you local library. I personally like "mindful birthing" and I'm going to read " childbirth without fear" and some other books too. First of all, you should know about medications just in case something happens, so you'll be able to make a smart choice. Second, you should learn how to relax, the best way to easy the pain is to relax your whole body, if you're going to fight contractions and pain, it'll only make them worse. You should try to find things that help you relax. It can be shower, warm tub, fitness ball, walking, dancing, listening to music, maybe dull light.. You may want to try everything right there and pick what best fits you. Everything is in your head, even pain(electrical impulses), if you understand it well, you'll be able to surrender and make nature do its thing. It won't be easy, but with a positive attitude you'll be able to get a great experience.
Lots of breathing! Sometimes even moaning or humming while having the contraction (sounds weird) helps! Also, stay off your back as long as possible if you have back labor! That's what I did and it helped so much!
trust your body. breath and when in doubt tune everyone out and focus! you can do it!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I didn't have any meds and it is a little better if you're on your side and not on your back and helps a little if you make some kind of noise. Just try and concentrate on something and tune everything else out. If you can make it through the contractions you'll do great for the actual delivery. For me the pushing was a breeze compared to the contractions
