Anyone else have lots of heart palpitations and a very fast heartbeat even when you're laying down? I get dizzy often as well. It's been going on for a couple weeks now, not sure if it's normal or not

Yea once I felt like I was have a heart-attack almost crazy chest pain , n I get dizzy often .. I think it probably has to do with sugar levels ... N chest pains from pressure n stress maybe not 100% sure
I got that feeling during the last few days of my pregnancy
It's happened to me a few times recently and it scares me it feels like I'm going to have a heart attack but as soon as I sit up and steady my breathing it goes away. I was actually going to ask my Dr about it at my next apt
I've been like this since early on. From what I've read it's the increase of blood flow that causes the heart to speed up. It's scary to me!
