I drank when I baby was 3 weeks old & needed it lol my lactation specialist said as long as I'm sober I can feed but dumping doesn't clean out any alcohol so don't dump unless you pass your normal feeding time then pump & dump just to maintain that milk flow so it does decrease

@deehughes730, If you're sober then your milk is also sober. Don't pump and dump because it doesn't get the alcohol out of your system any faster. Only time will sober up your milk.
