So I'm starting to get Connor's hospital bag ready, so far I have packed is his coming home outfit, mittens, socks, a hat, some diapers, a binky, and a little blanket. What else do I need? I literally can't think of anything

I took 4 different coming home outfits for my first and she soiled all 4 before we were released...someone had to bring us another one in a hurry....this time we will be over prepared. lol

Maybe an extra coming home outfit you might change your mind and extra outfit or two just in case
Wipes, nail clippers
If the hospital takes pictures you may want an outfit for that too
Usually hospitals will provide diapers. Take them all. And sometimes burp cloths. Make sure you have a coming home outfit unless you plan to come him in the outfit you show up in. For yourself pack Chapstick, mints or gum, slippers, robe, pajamas, hair tie, toothpaste, toothbrush, brush, charger, insurance cards, underwear, nursing bra, body wash, face wash, lotion...
Might want to bring a sleeper too.
the hospital has diapers for you. you'll probably have extra to take home.
