@rayleysmommy1015, I eat salad all the time and every morning I try to make a smootie plus drink plenty of water not much juice and no soda

Anything and everything but I get full easily and eat a salad before my main course. It's weird bc when not pregnant I gain weight easily but now that I'm pregnant I don't gain much

it was easier early in the pregnancy. now I just want fast food lol. probably laziness.

haha @jomommaclark At least your weight has been good to you. I try to eat on the healthy side but I have my slip ups

I've gained 19 I'm at 32 weeks

Me too my OB said she only wanted me to gain 20 so I'm doing good @calebsmommy

wow thats awesome @rayleysmommy1015 I really dont want to gain to much because Ive already over weight

At my 30 week appointment I had only gained 8 pounds
