I'm getting really nervous about being pregnant now. Not sure if I'm having enough vitamins, water ect. I want what's best for my baby. Doesn't help that I work 40-60hrs a week working in a restaurant...so no time for myself or for my baby 😢
Don't worry :) :) The baby will take what it needs from you xD and its not much either really :) :) My friend was sick until 28 weeks and still gave birth to a healthy 8lb baby :) Just make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day or more if you are sweating a lot :) Also lots of fresh fruit and veg :) They contain lots of vitamins. Also cereals contains a lot of the stuff you need in pregnancy xD Don't forgot Iron too and Omega 3 xD Take some Multivitamins :) I'm still taking Pregnancare :)
Thank you. I have been drinking a lot of Pepsi more then water though...literally my healthy diet has gone out of the window! 😢
