I have a Doppler at home and was feeling off as we laid down and watched tv in bed. Put the Doppler to my tummy and baby's HR was 170-180 resting. Steve and I have both read several articles and it says that it's should be no higher than 160 at this point in pregnancy. I rested for an hr on my left side them took
BP again as well
As baby's heart beat...still the same. I dunno if I'm overreacting or if I just need to try to go to sleep. Steve seems to think everything is fine but my gut isn't saying the same.

At my last Dr apt my babies HB was 195 and the Dr said that was normal for a spurt. But resting mine is always in the 140's to 170's

I don't know if this will help or not but my daughter was between 170/180 up until she was born at 31 weeks and my doctor was never worried about it (her heart rate was in no way related to her being born early)

I'm sure all is well, however, you should ALWAYS trust your gut. Call L&D. My doctor tells me that if I ever feel something is just weird that I should call no matter what. I really think you should call and maybe get a NST. :)
