OJ gives me heartburn so bad! I miss it! Apple juice or those refrigerated fruit smoothies are my current go to's! I will sneak in a small cup of coffee on occasion. I read in what to expect that a coffee equal to a Starbucks Tall isn't bad. Moderation!!!
I mostly drink water, but occasionally I'll have some chocolate soy milk or almond milk, or every once in a while I'll give into my Dunkin donuts coffee craving and just make sure I get something light and decaf.
