Sorry i know this is not what everyone wants to hear but i keep getting period pains and i keep thinking i am bleeding as feels very wet down there especially when i take a walk to the shops etc but it is not blood just white stuff is this normal??

I have tons of discharge during pregnancy. I have to wear panty liners or I find my knickers get really wet 😳 it's completely normal. sign of a healthy pregnancy x
I've had that a lot with this pregnancy. Feels horrible and then you get home after a walk and it is not blood just discharge as you described. More discharge is common in pregnancy so I wouldn't worry too much unless it gets really excessive or starts to smell as that could indicate a water infection. Hope this helps x
