@juliannap, I didn't have my first appointment this time until 8w 5d, so I got to hear the hb. At 5w only seeing the sac is normal, but I was 7 weeks and there was supposed to be a fetal pole. I'm sure everything will be alright!

I didn't get to hear it. but we seen it. at 6 weeks with a transvaginal ultrasound sound. you should be able to see it at 6 weeks

How soon were you able to hear the heartbeat? @mandapanda25 @bria.k I had my first ultrasound at 5 weeks and was only able to see the sac. Doctor said it was too early for heart beat. I have my next appt tomorrow. I'm worried now. I read online that it's almost impossible to see/hear a heartbeat so early on

That sounds good for how early you are. It fluctuates just like ours does. When I hear my babies heartbeat it goes up and down by a few beats while I'm listening. Glad to hear that they found the heartbeat!! It can be hard super early.

well two days ago I seen the baby's heart beat and it was 102. but the ER said its 100 bpm. does it fluctuate this early?.does it depend on time of day ?

I love it too! All the mommies coming together and talking about our issues and supporting each other. It's really great. Especially since we can relate to each other to some extent. I miscarried at 7 weeks and when it first started and I went to the ER I was told it's 50/50 because there was a sac but no fetal pole on the ultrasound. I went home with hope but the next day I lost my baby. It's terrible, it really is. I wish I had the support of the preggie ladies when I went through it! And I really am hoping that's not what's going on with you. I also had some light bleeding at 7w this time around and it really scared me but baby is okay now and she's kicking me at this moment haha!! Think positively, you're a strong momma. 💕

Yeah, your skin is way more sensitive while pregnant, and you have more blood in your body. I break blood vessels every time I scratch my boobs!! Looks like I have hickeys all over when it happens haha. I hope all is well and you and baby are doing okay. You're in my thoughts sweetie.

It's normal! Those machines squeeze so tight, especially when it does it twice. I hate it!
