What do you experienced mommies think. I fooled my 6month babies brain ,not to carry him around the house too much,because when I did carry him I couldn't do anything,but I have him layed on the floor on a blanket where he plays most of the time,he roles over .Sometimes on his back sometimes on his stomach and side ways.I play with him as much as I can and I hold him on my lap while I'm on the floor. Do you think that's good or Bad???!

Have you tried baby wearing? Babies that age need the closeness and security of being held close and baby harnesses allow you to hold them without restricting use of your arms

Well I know babies after birth and couple months inn they need the closeness. But at 6months I think they will just get spoiled by carrying all the time,I didn't say I put my baby down and ignore him 24/7 I have my attention on him all the time,we play,kiss,cuddle,caress sleep in the same bed,Truthfully I can't my wrists are starting to hurt and I still need to be in good health for raising my kids.@kitsunerivka,

Research says up until the first year they can't be spoiled, at least according to psychology of parenting, developmental psychology, and the American pediatric association. The way you wrote the post made it sound like you did so I apologize for the misinterpretation
