my husband just told me I need to stop babying my 1 month old ........he dosent like to be swaddled anymore so I was taking him out cause he was crying how is that babying him ?!?smh he said he needs to learn to sleep on his own 😕

Lol my son is 3 months and sleeps with me my hubby has to deal with it lol

He'll learn to sleep on his own eventually, but not at 1 month old. If you want to hold him then do it, and don't let anyone else tell you different.

he sleeps in the bassinet right next to me but he constantly wakes up but when we sleep on the couch or on the bed during the day when I'm not sleeping hard and I can "watch" myself then he sleeps perfectly fine @des_a_rayy @klachappelle and yea I know he's to young but idk wat it is about my husband and his friends but because they are boys they can't treat them like babies and they have to be "strong men" out the womb smh that's how kids grow up to resent their parents for making them grow up to fast @firstbaby_girl

Ya my hubby is a Marine and he acts like that but he realized that he can either listen to my son scream and have it his way or deal with it and let me comfort him. The world is something new to them and they have been with you for 9 months so all they want is the 2nd closest thing which is being by mama almost all the time or being comforted. It will get easier because he will soon realize hes not in control lol its what baby wants in reality lol
