Maybe call the hospital l&d and just let them know what's going on , they should have some sort of advice/answer for you

If you call your doctors office number it will transfer to the 24hr line and they will get in contact with her for you. At least that's how my doctor's office work.

for my doc if you call the office & wait through all of the bullshit options it will eventually transfer you to an operator then tell her your symptoms & she pages the doctor on call & then the doc will call you back within like 15 min good luck!!
