so I've been trying to breast feed my daughter.I'm doing the best I can but my right nipple is too sore to use. I know you are supposed to use both to keep the production even but I just can't right now. and I'm kind of scared too because there is a bloody red spot right on the tip. has anyone else had a bloody nipple?

Yes the first few weeks your nips are on fire they chafe, they bleed but you must keep pressing ! Get some nipple cream also rub some of the Breastmilk on it & pump it will still hurt but not as much as when they suck so just pump the sore one til it heals enough to be used again to keep up production

Welcome! Honestly after about 4 weeks you will not be bothered so much by the pain and by 12 weeks u will not even feel it hurts but it still will hurt sometimes if they latch wrong but u would be able to deal with it 😊

honestly you could only feed on that breast the other with dry up but the other will make up the while supply. I almost had to do that because she wouldn't take my left for some unknown reason

I did for the first 2 weeks they have toughed up now
