it basically breaks down the fatty acids in your breast milk. I shook it and saw it was watery and had little tiny chunks of the fatty acids floating around... I had to throw it away
i feel like to denature the proteins you'd have to shake it with more force than is humanly possible...just guessing...?
I'm not sure about everything that's written, but I would avoid shaking intuitively .. You're not shaking your boobs before feeding
Maybe shaking it leaves bubbles in it and baby gets more bloated this way?
Girl I've been shaking my breast milk for five months now and my son is growing and is perfectly healthy lol I don't really see the difference between the two
I would do actual research on it. A lot of peds don't really know what they're talking about when it comes to breastfeeding. I've never heard of this before though.

well I shake mine and bby girl is perfectly fine
