So yeah these Progesterone pills are really hardcore! Was nauseous throughout my day and I kept using the bathroom.. And I am so bloated and just feel so blah. For all those mommy's out there who were on progesterone pills during their pregnancy, Did you feel like this too? Is it the pills or my pregnancy making me feel like this?? 😢😢
Nope, just put it in right before you fall asleep. The pill will melt or whatever so you will have some discharge the next day. @cjsmommy
@alayna22, for my sake do u have to stop being intimate with your SO do to the pill.?
Yeah you just insert the pill as far up as you can get it with your finger.. Very easy. It made me feel off for a day or two but it wasn't anything terrible. It should be fine. ☺️ baby needs it!
@alayna22, I have to do it vaginally to do u like just stick it up there or what do u do I don't have my pills yet I have to wait a week but I'm so nervous cause idk how my body will react
I took progesterone pills orally till14 weeks and it made my pregnancy symptoms worse but it's worth it
I took it until I was 13 weeks and I think it definitely added to my fatigue and morning sickness. Absolutely worth it though :)
Is it your first day taking it? I took progesterone pills until like 25 weeks, vaginally. It made me sick for the first day or two but my body adjusted to them. Hope you feel better!
Progesterone helps nurture the fetus.
A supply of progesterone to the endometrium continues to be important during pregnancy. Following a successful implantation, progesterone helps maintain a supportive environment for the developing fetus. After 8 to 10 weeks of pregnancy, the placenta takes over progesterone production from the ovaries and substantially increases progesterone production.
Progesterone is a natural female hormone. Called “the pregnancy hormone,” it is essential before and during pregnancy.
my progesterone was extremely low so they had to give me progesterone pills so I won't miscarry the baby. It's a hormone us females have when we have our period and when we conceive.
@gabrielsmommy2015, nope! Lol
