this is my third baby (boy)...i didn't breast feed my first two but I'm really looking forward to breast feeding this time...what are some things i could expect with breast feeding?? negative and positive

I HIGHLY suggest joining beast feeding groups on facebook! There's a lot of professional breastfeeders that always have answers and advice lol! Let me know if you're interested and I can recommend a couple!

Breastfeeding Moms Support group, Barefoot Breastfeeding and Parenting Support, and breastfeeding help, those are all groups I'm apart of. I wasn't successful with breastfeeding my first due to not being very educated on it... Those groups have taught me a lot about breastfeeding and I have confidence I'll be able to nurse my second, I'm so excited!

Talk to other moms that are breastfeeding, breast feeding shouldn't be painful, drink lots of water, the best thing to hydrate your nipples is your own milk. Almonds would help you to produce more milk, eat healthy lots of green vegetables! I breastfed my twins!

Breastfeeding is always painful at first, ask any LC after the first 6 weeks it becomes enjoyable. It is very hard but anazingly rewarding my advice is dont give up always latch on :)
