Its normal, I've already have that happen a few times. Your boobs are just preparing :)

I've read from other moms to not squeeze that out. That is the babies first meal it's important for them to have that. Just what I've read though.

Mine does that too. I started at 24 weeks. It just means your milk is in. But try not to mess with it. It's hard I know because it can hurt real bad or it feels like your blobs have to be relieved. However, it can start labor if you mess with it.
