the tell you to get one that barely closes so that it can be adjusted when your belly shrinks.... I got a med... I am a bigger girl though size 9 or so I would go with an xs for you... they tell you at first you may have to lay down to put it on but it will get easier in time

^^^what she said. I wore that thing ALL THE TIME! It gets irritating but it's worth it so your stomach tightens up...

@b3autifulm3ss, I had no idea I was supposed to lay down. Sent mine back for a larger size... BC I couldn't snap it myself
