I don't think I can handle anymore of these vivid nightmares😩😰 Ugh heart pounding, sweating terribly, & my body temperature be through the roof. Smh then the worst thing is trying to force myself to wake up 😩

Some say I'm crazy or I'm weird but whatever I think about during the day n it really bothers me I go to sleep with it on my mind n BAM I dream about it.. But the dream always take a turn for the worse!
