I can't believe he thinks your overreacting. I mean yes swelling is normal during pregnancy but not that severe and not accompanied with high Bp. Tell him if he won't take you your gunna call an ambulance. Maybe that will make him take you

No they sure did not give me any medication and I'm really close to just calling an ambulance and leaving him behind @katiesolger

Try not to get stressed out about it though. That makes your Bp worse

Trust me I know it's scary. I just went thru it a month ago. Did they not give you medication to keep your Bp down

You're face won't hurt. At least mine didn't. Honestly you need to go to the hospital. Have they checked for protein in your urine ? And have you had blurry vision at all

Yeah definitely call your doctor or go to the hospital and say you need to be checked for pre eclampsia immediately. At least it's better to be safe than sorry.

Omg im scared I've had this beating headache all day and drinking water made it worse @jenshane89 and people say my face is swollen but it doesn't hurt like my hands legs and feet @katiesolger

My blood pressure got up to 170/115 because they kept putting things off. Ended up getting induced at 31 weeks. Is your face swollen too ?

I would definitely get checked for pre eclampsia. If you have high blood pressure, lots swelling of the hands and feet and sometimes severe headaches, you really need to see a doctor fast

Definitely sounds like preeclampsia. That's crazy they won't do anything. Maybe go to a different hospital.
