his boss won't do anything either.. I've been there done that once already. just to think I have 10 more weeks of this nonsense of his :(

Put your two weeks in quick! I don't think that's right at all! I just kno you're in pain all over 😔 I have a long way to go and my body aches already. I be darn if they make me not go and take a break! 😁

@mom2016, I have to have this job though because I get paid for 2 weeks of my maternity leave & I need that money! no one else will hire me knowing in about 10 weeks I'll be leaving.

@squeakpipsmommy0607 they've already gotten in trouble once for not giving people breaks but they don't seem to care. I'm gonna talk to my boss's boss's boss but I can't do that til Tuesday..

Yeah because that's over working and your not getting paid to work without breaks. They can lose their jobs and now this is a 2nd offense

call your state labor board. they can't legally work you 12 hrs without a break

@squeakpipsmommy0607, @peachs75 yeah as a big corporation with over 400 stores they've gotten in trouble before. they started making everyone take breaks again but on overnights it's just 2 cashiers there so there's no one to relieve them for breaks. they do it to all overnights. I don't ever get a break because I'm a manager I've called labor board once before & they didn't seem to care much. they told me they had to have more than 1 complaint. wth?!

I had asked to work a specific shift so I could go see my family that's coming in from out of town & that's not what I asked for. instead he scheduled me this crappy shift then expects me drive 2 hours away to see family. then I have to work 3pm-1am on Sunday..
