Mine came in like 5 days after I had my daughter

I wouldn't worry about it, with my first my milk didn't come in until three days after my son was born. It's different for everyone.

I got colustrum ONLY once I pumped at 41 weeks (to get labor started). Never leaked naturally and my milk came in fast and hard after birth!! :) Still breastfeeding my 5 month old. So no worries!
