One thing I can not stand is some women saying that women who have c-sections are taking the easy way out...just because your baby came out of your parts and mine was cut out of me doesn't make you any better and it for sure doesn't mean I'm taking the easy road.
(About a blogger I've read recently online)
@babyhawkins2015, I think maybe she needs to watch a c-section being preformed and then see if she still feels the same way
@ak16, People talk out the sides of their necks when they have not experienced things that others have...they speak with blinders and believe that their situation should apply to everyone. smh
Wtf. I can't believe someone would say that! I had a vaginal birth with my first and have nothing but respect for women who have c sections. The recovery is much more intense than a vaginal-it's major abdominal surgery!! Geez.
@babyhawkins2015, my daughters cord was on my cheek and every time I got a contraction it was putting her under stress, and my water had been broke for a while and I wasn't getting anywhere, some people just need a reality check on somethings
@brenanner, thank you, i don't understand how some people don't get it's a surgery it's not just something small and after my first, then surgery for an ectopic and 8 months later having another c-section it can get scary at times but since I've done it before that's just what I remind myself I can do this. Anyone can but the recovery is longer and harder, heck I have to take showers for 6 weeks after baby no baths allowed, can't lift anything heavier than baby, and have limited movement I just don't see it being easier
@ak16 - That's straight ignorance if people say that. My daughter almost died of a cord prolapse and ended up having an emergency c section with 2 vbacs after her with my other 2 kids. C-section or vaginal births both take strength and courage so bump everyone who says negative things...sheer ignorance!
I applaud you for having had c sections! I'm terrified I will end up needing one due to the size of my little one. You definitely did not take the easy way out momma!
@floridamommy1024, exactly and some women like myself won't dilate enough to have a vaginal birth so I have to have c-sections this doesn't make me any less than any other mom
oh gosh I think the thought of a c section scares me more than pushing my baby out of my hooha!!
I hate hearing that too. Both labors take a HUGE toll on our body and a csection is worse in a lot of cases. I think the reason that person says that could be because a lot of women do assume "oh it'll be easier if I don't have to push can I just get a csection"? But these are all women that know NOTHING about cesarean and they realize it is in no way easier.
It's longer and you can have way more complications afterward I don't get it either @anim I'm not saying it's awful I've had two so it's easier now but for someone who has never been cut open to say it's easier is just nuts to me
It's weird people say that.. Like c sections recovery is WAY worse so how is that the easy way out? That's frustrating
I find it amusing how some people are so quick to come on your post to tell you that your method is wrong. If what you do works for you than cudos. There is no need to get in a tight about somebody else post. If there post doesn't apply to you than just keep it moving. I am 36 yo and do not have time for hormonal women who's lacking attention from home and need someone to take it out on. Take your personal problem up with the right somebody!
Does your man stair at every women passing by when you go out together ?
taking newborn out
When did you take your newborn out for the first time? What precautions did you take to ensure safety and health?
Trusting your Man
I'm appalled at how many women think its ok to not trust their men around little girls!!! Why in the world would you be with someone you can't trust in that way?!? I realize this is a touchy subject as many women have a reason to be mistrusting. But if that is the case then stay single or get help. It is not ok to expect a man to accept that you will always be questioning his intentions. Educate yourself on the warning signs of a molester. They are easy to spot once you know w...

Yes I agree. We all grow the baby the same and recovery from surgery is no walk in the park
