Yes and I've had plenty of friend breastfeed all the way through and then continue to tandem nurse! Just for sure make sure you take your prenatals and keep up with your calorie intake :)

You do NOT have to stop but you should absolutely up your healthy food and vitamin intake.

@kmally, really?? My doctor scared me I was gonna research it more because I was breastfeeding fine I just found out I'm 2 months pregnant.

To be honest I've heard it's perfectly fine to nurse while pregnant

:( I'm still breastfeeding my 16 month old and I'm almost 18 weeks. My midwife said there's no reason to stop :(

Because all the nutrients that the baby needs I'm giving them to my 7 month in my milk and every time I breastfeed my uterus contracts and that could cause a miscarriage😑 @princessveronica
