It made me tired and dizzy at times similar to hot flashes the farther along I got but baby was perfectly fine just draining me lol

So having low iron makes you really tired??

With my first pregnancy I had to take iron pills and after my c-section I didn't lose much blood but I ended up having to get two bags of blood to bring my levels high enough to leave the hospital. Been good ever since, I couldn't even tell I had low iron I just thought I was really tired. Just a warning of the possibilities.

Is it bad that my iron is low? Like could it cause something? Or what? I mean they didn't seem very worried about it or anything. I'm just curious. Cause my first pregnancy wasn't like this one at all.

they started me on iron supplements the appointment after my glucose test too...now it might be obvious but i didnt think of it & no one gave me a heads up but it will make your #2 black! lol
