MY CRAZY LABOR STORY 😟
So on August 31st I got a membrane sweep. I had cramps the whole rest of the day. On September 1st I lost my mucus plug and was having light period cramps also. I had my first contraction that night at 6:20 and I didn't time them because I always get them mistaken for BH. But they kept coming back to back and started getting more and more painful. So I started tracking them and I got in the bathtub which did NOTHING. I called my mom and she was like "omg it's time, I'm on the way!" So while I'm waiting for her...these contractions had me on the floor they hurt THAT bad. My mom finally got there. my boyfriend grabbed the bags and loaded the car up. On the way to the hospital I was in so much pain everytime a contraction came. I didn't want anyone talking the whole ride. I was like everyone just please shutup! lol we finally got to the hospital and my sister was there waiting for us. The nurses in triage were trying to send me home which was DUMB! I was breathing through the contractions and I was real calm so they thought I wasn't serious. Which is even more DUMB. they were very rude and judgemental. my mom is a nurse so she knew the way they were handling the situation was not right. (we made complaints) So after 3 hours being in triage they finally get me a room. They gave me some IV pain meds which helped for 30 min then my body just got immune to it. I took a hot shower and that relaxed me a little. At that point I couldn't take it anymore. I asked for the epidural, I was so upset with myself because I labored for like 5 hours without it. the nurses were real impressed and told me I did so good and don't down myself. the epidural man came and he was impressed on how well I handled that too. I swear I wanted to marry him! I felt NOTHING after that lol so hours go by they told me to try and get some rest but I could not sleep at all. I kept falling asleep and waking up every 15 min. They checked my cervix and I was only effacing not dilating so they gave me pitocin. I threw up a good 3 times. More hours go by and I still haven't dilated. My doctor came and checked me and he said your cervix is real swollen and you're 100% effaced so give me two little pushes so I can see if I feel anything. I pushed a little and he said he could feel his head but his heart rate dropped SOOOO low. I don't even want to share the numbers. they turned the pitocin off and switched me positions and it went up a little. After about 30 min it finally went up and was normal. my doctor came back and checked me and I was still the same and when he threw his glove away baby's heart rate dropped SUPER low again. they put me on oxygen and I just remember a bunch of people running around the room and my doctor just looked at me and said "it'll be okay drew, I'll make sure your scar is pretty for your 21st bday and baby WILL be okay" I started crying really bad and my mom was not there yet so I was bummed about that. I go into the operating room and there's literally like 20 people in there. They got me all hooked up and cleaned up and numbed. I just remember seeing bright lights. Seemed like I was waiting there for hoursssss. Nobody was saying anything..everyone was just real quiet. and I heard a nurse whisper he's stuck and his heart beat is real low. I started crying and the minute I started crying I heard him crying it was such a weak little cry and everyone was just clapping and impressed. My OB really is the best and literally saved my sons life. I could not stop crying! I got to kiss him for about 2 min then they took him and I got all stitched up. he was on oxygen and they check his heart every so often and he's doing great. I think it was just all the IV's and epidural and contractions I had that probably made him stressed and weak. I'm so happy he's here with me and healthy! I can't stop looking at him 😍

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
@queenof2 thank you mama! 😘
