Gripe water, or Gas Relief drops. You can give her a warm bath. If you have a bassinet that vibrates, I found (while standing with her. Don't leave her unattended) putting her on her tummy helps with colic, and to pass gas. I've also tossed one of her swaddler blankets and then put the warm blanket on her tummy.

Yes it's natural and the dosage chart starts at 2weeks. It has been a life saver for my 6 month old.
